| About | I hold both a Bachelor’s (2021) and Master’s (2024) degree in Biochemistry from the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology at the University of Ljubljana. My undergraduate thesis focused on the structural motifs of RNA sequences containing adenine, guanine, and cytosine repeats. For my Master’s research, I explored the cytoplasmic distribution and functions of the plectin isoform P1c in cultured mouse astrocytes. In October 2024, I began my PhD at the Faculty of Biology, University of Ljubljana, under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Gordana Glavan. My doctoral research focuses on bee toxicology and behavior, specifically in relation to the effects of xenobiotics. |
