I am a mechanical engineer and abeekeeper. CUrrantly maintaining cca 600 colonies as a side hustle while working as a mechanical engineer. I am expert in Lean and I would like to implement lean principles into beekeeping. I would like to make a profitable business while giving my bees the bestcare. In our quickly changing environment it is crucial to adopt to changes and to have lean processes to be able to gain any profit from a honeyfarm. Without it noone is going to care for the bees and they are going to be gone. I wants to set up a complete method throughout the year to have the most efficent processes that are also take the bees as a living creatures.
