About | In 2020, I obtained my Master in Biochemistry and Biotechnology at Ghent University, Ghent, Belgium. Currently, I am a PhD student in the Laboratory of Molecular Entomology and Bee pathology of Prof. Dr. Dirk de Graaf at Ghent University, Faculty of Sciences, Department of Biochemistry and Microbiology, Ghent, Belgium. My main interests are the fields of honeybee virology and Varroa resistance. My current research focuses on Marker-Assisted Selection (MAS) in honeybees towards resilience against Varroa and viruses. |
