About | I studied Zoology at Humboldt State University in Northern California, where I did research on purple sea urchin (Strongylocentrotus purpuratus) behavior. Later I moved to Uppsala University in Sweden, where I earned my master’s degree researching More Frogs (Ranis arvalis) behavior. I am now earning my PhD at SLU in Uppsala, Sweden studying Honey Bees (Apis mellifera) and their interaction with Varroa Mites (Varroa destructor). My main focus in research is comparing divergent populations under differential stressors, and how this effects divergent adaptation, specifically with behaviour. |
