About

I am a Ph.D student at the university of Ibn Zohr Agadir, Morocco. I am mainly interested in the conservation of the Moroccan yellow honey bee Apis mellifera sahariensis. Currently, our project aims at characterizing the diversity of this subspecie’s populations in the southeast of Morocco through morphometric and molecular tools. In addition, we aim at conducting a thorough diagnosis of the pests and pathogens associated with these populations.
