A Comprehensive Survey of Phenolic Constituents Reported in Monofloral Honeys around the Globe

My paper entitled: A Comprehensive Survey of Phenolic Constituents Reported in Monofloral Honeys around the Globe is finally published! In this paper, I summarised all the phenolic compounds that had been identified in monofloral (single origin) honeys from 130 journal articles. In order to build up this paper, i combined my knowledge in Botany (Plant Taxonomy) to determine the plant origin of the honeys, and Organic Chemistry to classify the phenolic compounds into different groups, and Geology to map the research hotspots of Phenolics research in honeys across the globe. This paper was accepted with very positive reviews from the peer reviewers of Foods (MDPI, IF=4.092) that is why I am very excited about it!   Please click the link below in order to see the full text of the journal article. https://www.mdpi.com/2304-8158/11/8/1152
